StashLux offers courses and consultancy on asset valuation, authenticity auditing of premium assets (including luxury watches, gold bullion, collectibles), and strategies for preserving value over time. The services are intended exclusively for users who fully accept these terms.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to use the platform for illegal purposes. StashLux reserves the right to modify the content of courses and services without prior notice but commits to maintaining a high professional standard.
StashLux does not guarantee specific financial results from using the services. The information provided is for educational and general guidance purposes. Under no circumstances shall StashLux be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use of the platform.
All payments for courses and services are made in advance. Refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the content. No refunds are granted for personalized consultancy services already provided.
StashLux may suspend or terminate user access in case of breach of terms, fraud, or abusive behavior. The user may request account deletion at any time, subject to the settlement of all outstanding obligations.
StashLux reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
